1. Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional WeChat ID, creative brief, service selections, feedback, AI-news submissions, news comments, order and top-up records, and reference files you upload. An AI-news submission includes its title, summary, source name, source URL, publication date, name and contact email. A news comment includes only a display name and comment text; we do not ask for an email address. For rate limiting, the comment service uses a short-lived pseudonymous hash derived from request metadata; it is not shown publicly. Account passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not as readable passwords. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we store Apple's app-specific account identifier, the email address Apple shares with us (which may be a private relay address), and the authorization information needed to keep or revoke that connection. We never receive your Apple Account password. For website analytics, we record page views, an approximate country code supplied by our hosting platform, and a random first-party browser identifier. We do not save or display visitor IP addresses or precise locations.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create and manage your account, process and deliver design orders, show order status and balance, review AI-news submissions, publish ordinary comments after basic automated safety checks, hold flagged comments for review, send service and payment guidance, respond to revision requests, prevent misuse, and provide support. Comments do not require email; users may report published comments for review.
3. Reference files and AI
Reference files are stored in private storage and are available only to authorized studio administrators handling the order. They are not displayed publicly. Our current upload flow does not automatically send reference files to an external AI model. If a future service needs external AI processing, we will disclose that use before the relevant processing.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers for website hosting, private file storage, data storage, and transactional email delivery. These providers process information only to operate the service. Because the service is available internationally, information may be processed in countries outside your own, subject to the providers' security and privacy protections.
5. Payments
Wonder Ad Lab currently provides manual WeChat Pay or Alipay payment guidance and an account-balance option. We do not store bank card numbers in the website or app. A payment is not treated as confirmed until it is checked through the applicable official payment or bank record.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We use necessary session cookies and local app or browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. Sign in with Apple credentials are verified by the server; Apple refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to the app after login. We also use one first-party anonymous analytics cookie to estimate unique browsers. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected for this analytics collection. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. No online system is completely risk-free, but we use access controls and private storage for customer files.
7. Your choices and account deletion
You can sign out at any time. The iOS app includes an account deletion control under Account. Apple-only accounts confirm deletion with Apple again; deletion also revokes Wonder Ad Lab's Apple authorization. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing wonder07090518@gmail.com from your account email. We may retain limited transaction records where required by law, but they will no longer be used as an active customer account.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be explained in the app or website where appropriate.

我们仅收集你主动提供的信息，包括昵称、邮箱、可选微信号、创意需求、服务选项、意见建议、AI 新闻投稿、新闻评论、订单与充值记录，以及你上传的参考文件。AI 新闻投稿包括标题、摘要、来源名称、来源链接、原文发布日期、投稿人姓名与联系邮箱；新闻评论只包括公开昵称和评论内容，不要求填写邮箱。为限制滥用，评论服务会使用由请求信息生成的短期匿名化限流标识，不会公开显示。账户密码会以加盐哈希形式保存，不会以可直接读取的明文保存。如果你选择“通过 Apple 登录”，我们会保存 Apple 为本 App 提供的专用账户标识、Apple 与我们共享的邮箱（可能是隐藏邮箱），以及维持或撤销关联所需的授权信息；我们不会获得你的 Apple 账户密码。为了统计网站访问，我们会记录页面浏览次数、托管平台提供的粗略国家代码，以及一个随机生成的第一方匿名浏览器标识；不会保存或显示访客 IP 与精确位置。
2. 信息用途
这些信息用于创建和管理账户、处理与交付设计订单、展示订单状态和余额、审核 AI 新闻投稿、对一般评论进行基础自动安全检查后公开，并将触发规则的评论暂缓检查；也用于发送服务与付款指引、处理修改申请、防止滥用并提供客服支持。评论不需要邮箱，用户也可以举报已公开评论以供复查。
3. 参考文件与 AI
参考文件存放在私有空间，仅供处理该订单的授权工作室管理员访问，不会公开展示。当前上传流程不会自动把参考文件发送给外部 AI 模型；若未来某项服务需要外部 AI 处理，我们会在相关处理前明确说明。
4. 服务供应商与跨境处理
我们会使用网站托管、私有文件存储、数据存储和交易邮件服务供应商来运行服务。供应商只为提供这些服务而处理信息。由于服务面向不同地区，信息可能在你所在国家或地区之外被处理，并受相关供应商的安全与隐私措施保护。
5. 付款
Wonder Ad Lab 目前提供微信支付、支付宝人工付款指引和账户余额支付。网站与 App 不保存银行卡号。只有通过相应官方支付记录或银行记录完成核对后，付款才会被确认为到账。
6. 存储、安全与保留
我们使用必要的登录 Cookie，以及 App 或浏览器本地存储来维持登录状态和记住偏好。“通过 Apple 登录”的凭证由服务器验证，Apple 刷新令牌会加密保存，登录后不会再暴露给 App。我们还使用一个第一方匿名统计 Cookie 来估算独立浏览器数量，并尊重 Global Privacy Control 与 Do Not Track 信号。信息只会在提供服务、处理争议、防止欺诈以及履行法律或会计义务所需的期限内保留。任何网络系统都无法保证零风险，但客户文件会使用访问控制和私有存储。
7. 你的选择与账户注销
你可以随时退出登录。iOS App 的“账户”页面提供注销账户入口。仅使用 Apple 登录的账户需要再次通过 Apple 确认；注销完成时也会撤销 Wonder Ad Lab 的 Apple 授权。你也可以使用账户邮箱发送邮件至 wonder07090518@gmail.com，申请查阅、更正或删除信息。若法律要求保留部分交易记录，我们会停止把它作为活跃客户账户使用。
8. 政策更新
政策发生变化时，我们会更新本页的生效日期；重要变化会在适当情况下通过 App 或网站说明。
